THE BRIEF

This special event annual event focuses on client entertaining. The client reception is the perfect opportunity for our clients to invite their guests and thank them for their support throughout the year. The location always has to be central and unique, and the client likes to change venue each year to keep things fresh and exciting for their clients.

OUR APPROACH

Having worked with this client for many years, our focus is always on keeping the event exciting and we do this by creating the event in different venues and by really delving into the aesthetic as well as the guest experience on the night. This is a really special event and we cherish working on it. Our venue choice this year was the German Gymnasium. This historic building provides a contemporary and stylish central backdrop for exclusive events and parties and the location was a real plus for our guests. We hired the venue exclusively and hosted 500 guests for delicious cocktails and canapés, bowl food, desserts and late night bites. Our aesthetic focused on rich and vibrant colours as a nod to the season and creating an inviting and opulent networking space for our clients.
